About me

A self-motivated and success-driven business development expert with 5+ years of experience in grant writing, partnerships, and donor relations development. A unique hybrid skillset of humanitarian project/program management experience combined with a demonstrated history of working in partner support and sustainable community development.

Strong cross-functional team manager and skilled in Proposal Writing, Recruiting, Talent Management, Report Writing, and Policy Development with practical knowledge of MEAL.
In addition, I have led the largest youth organizations, and strategic change initiatives, and provided Inclusive 4IR advisory and coaching services to the UNITAR digital reskilling program.

Passionate about working to provide people with the necessary capabilities and change of mindset to incorporate data-driven initiatives to create more valuable and sustainable companies. I with my amazing team, design cultural and behavioral change plans for organizations to promote data literacy which I believe is the biggest hindrance to accelerating enterprise data.
I believe that companies need employees who know how to handle data processing tools, generate insights, and use them in the decision-making process.
